The quantity of Pods requested for replacement must equal the unused affected Pods to be returned. The total number of Pods you can request through this self‑service form is 20 Pods.

Within that limit: 

  • Omnipod DASH: up to 10 Pods
  • Omnipod (Eros): up to 10 Pods
