If you are an Omnipod® 5 System user, no further action is required.

If you are an Omnipod DASH® System user and have requested a replacement Omnipod DASH Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM), please note the following:

Shipping: You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your replacement PDM ships. Since Omnipod DASH® PDMs that have been in use for longer than 18 months are at higher risk of experiencing an issue, older PDMs will be replaced first.

Glooko® Cloud-to-Cloud users (cable users not impacted): Insulet will be disconnecting your current PDM from Glooko Cloud-to-Cloud services two days after shipment of the new PDM. At this time, data will no longer automatically upload to Glooko. Consider doing a cable upload at this time to prevent any data loss. You will need to connect your new Omnipod DASH PDM to your Glooko account after you receive the new PDM. Instructions for linking your new DASH PDM to your Glooko account can be found below.

How to connect Omnipod DASH Cloud account to Glooko

Settings: It is important to transfer the pump settings to the new device using the instructions supplied in the box whether you use Glooko Cloud-to-Cloud or wireless upload. When possible, keep your original PDM until you have successfully transferred your settings to your new device.
