What is the Pod Experience?
Pod Therapy is insulin pump therapy, simplified. Our real-feel, real-size, real-weight Demo Pod (without the cannula and insulin) is designed to give you a realistic idea of what wearing a Pod feels like. This is the Pod Experience. We suggest wearing it for up to three days, just like a functioning Pod. You can shower**, sleep, exercise, and play while wearing it - it’s designed for you to live YOUR life!

Unlock the feeling of the Pod in three simple steps:
Clean the selected site thoroughly and let your skin air-dry; do not blow on it.
Remove paper backing and apply Pod to site, then run your finger over the adhesive backing.
Wear Pod for up to 3 days, then remove and discard it.

How to make the most out of your doctor's appointment
Speaking to your healthcare provider about pump or Pod Therapy may be a new experience. Below are a few tips to help get the conversation started:
Plan ahead and share your interest in pump or Pod Therapy with your healthcare provider then prepare any questions you may have about treatment options.
Keep a logbook or glucose sensor download, including detailed records of insulin doses and carb intake for a few weeks before your appointment. This will help identify and demonstrate any issues you may be experiencing with your current diabetes management plan and helpful when talking about your diabetes management and treatment options.
Set the agenda by reviewing your logbook to identify any challenges you may have experienced. The next step is to define the agenda for the meeting and note any questions you have for the healthcare team. For example, How can I reduce the effort needed to self-manage my diabetes every day? or something like, How can I increase my Time in Range and reduce my Time below Range?
