Take control of your diabetes data with Omnipod Discover™

Omnipod Discover™ is a free, secure online diabetes data insights system for people using the Omnipod® 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System.

It brings together your glucose, insulin delivery and system data in one simple dashboard, helping you understand trends and patterns over time. You can also choose to share your data with your healthcare professional or clinic using their unique Clinic Code.

Log in to your online Omnipod Account and select Go to Omnipod Discover.

Once enrolled, you can view your personalised dashboard, including glucose trends, insulin delivery information, Weekly Insights and system data.

Log in to your online Omnipod Account and select:

My Account > Account Linking > Enrol in Omnipod Discover

Follow the prompts to complete your enrolment.

Your healthcare professional may also send you an enrolment invitation by email.

Yes. You can enrol at any time through your online Omnipod Account.

Select: My Account > Account Linking > Enrol in Omnipod Discover

Your Omnipod Discover dashboard includes:

• Glucose trends
• Time in Range
• Insulin delivery
• Pod usage 
• Weekly Insights
• Patterns identified in your data

Weekly Insights provide a personalised summary of your recent glucose, insulin and system data.

Each week, you will receive an email letting you know when your latest insights are ready. You can then sign in to view your dashboard, including your Days in Range, a summary of your data and any patterns identified.

A Clinic Code is a unique code provided by your healthcare professional or clinic.

Entering the code in your online Omnipod Account allows you to securely connect with the clinic and share your Omnipod Discover data with your healthcare team.

You can connect with your clinic when you enrol in Omnipod Discover or at a later date.

During enrolment, enter the Clinic Code provided by your healthcare professional and follow the prompts to provide your consent.

To add a clinic after enrolment, log in to your online Omnipod Account and select:

My Account > Account Linking > Manage your clinics > Add a new clinic

Yes. Once you have connected with your clinic and provided consent, authorised members of your healthcare team can access your shared Omnipod Discover data between appointments.

This may help support more informed conversations about your diabetes management.

You can manage your clinic connections through your online Omnipod Account.

Go to:

My Account > Account Linking > Manage your clinics

Follow the prompts to manage or remove a clinic connection.

A caregiver may access Omnipod Discover using the Omnipod ID and password associated with the Omnipod user’s online account.

Account details should only be shared with a trusted caregiver, as they provide access to personal account and diabetes information.
