How To Reorder Pods

To reorder your Pods there are now three simple ways to do so, the pathway that best suits will depend on your access pathway. Read the below options to understand the suitable pathway for you.

Subsidised Through Private Health Insurance

Provided you have met the criteria and have been approved and trained on Omnipod DASH System through your private health insurer, your ongoing access of Pods will be from an NDSS Access Point (usually a local pharmacy). You can find an NDSS Access Point near you by using the Pharmacy locator below.

An NDSS co-payment will be required at the access point for the amount of $29.30/box for general & $22.20/box for concession card holders.

Subsidised Through No Lock-In Subscription

Provided you have met the criteria, to maintain ongoing access to Pods you will need to request a no lock-in subscription payment link. You can request the no lock-in subscription payment link by contacting our Customer Care Team on 1800 954 075 (option #2) or emailing using the button below.

Self Pay Only

If you are accessing your Pods without subsidy you can request your Pod Reorder by contacting our Customer Care Team on 1800 954 075 (option #2) or using the button below.
