•Only product(s) from the first Omnipod® Starter Kit shipment after enrolment are eligible for the Pod Promise Program 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
•Requests for a refund must be made within 90 days after patient’s initial training
•The product must be returned within 14 days of the refund request date
•Refunds will be issued to you and your health insurance provider according to the amount paid for the product

Vacation Loaner

If your patient is travelling outside of Canada, they are eligible for a back-up PDM through our Vacation Loaner Program. Full terms and conditions are available by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1-855-POD-INFO (1-855-763-4636)

Replacement PDM Program

Users of Omnipod® Insulin Management System or Omnipod DASH® are eligible for one replacement Personal Diabetes Manager (PDM) during the in-warranty period if lost, stolen, or damaged outside of warranty conditions.

Eco-Pod Program

Your patient can return used Pods using a pre-paid envelope provided by the Eco-Pod Program at no cost. Eco-Pod envelopes can be obtained when purchasing Pods at Diabetes Express. To find out more about the Eco-Pod Program or to request a disposal kit, visit omnipod.diabetesexpress.ca.
